  Short break rates are valid for one night weekend stays (minimum two night stay restriction may apply at peak weekends) and for minimum two night midweek stays based on two people sharing. Single supplements will apply. There may be a limited number of rooms available on these special rates.
  
  Bed and Breakfast (B&B) rates include English Breakfast, complimentary morning newspaper, car parking, use of the spa and high-speed wireless internet access and VAT at the current rate.
  
  Dinner inclusive rates (DBB) include all of the above, plus your choice from the full menu, with no supplements or surcharges to pay.
  
  At certain times of year (e.g. Bank Holidays and Christmas / New Year) there may be residential programmes and special rates will apply.

• Children's rates

  Children aged up to 16 years can stay free of charge in your room (please check at time of booking about the number and age of children that can be accommodated in their parent's room) and you just pay for their breakfast as follows:
  
  Under 4 years - free
  4 - 10 years - £4 per child per night
  11 - 16 years - £10 per child per night
  
  If you would like your children to be in their own room, the charge is £25 per child per night (including breakfast) based on a minimum of two children sharing the room. Children's rooms are subject to rate availability so please check at your time of booking.

• Check-in/out times

  Your room will normally be available from 2pm on the day of arrival.

  If you’ll be arriving earlier than this, please let us know and we’ll do our best to have your accommodation ready.

  Check out is at 11am - but if you want to stay in your room until after lunch, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to oblige.
