Meet the hosts

  • We hope that you'll enjoy staying with us at the Millstone and feel that it's your home when you're in the Ribble Valley.

    We're a small team at the hotel - and you'll soon get to meet us all. We'll do all that we can to make your stay a truly enjoyable one, and if you have any special requests please do let us know and we'll do our best to oblige.

    As Chef Patron at the hotel, I'm lucky to have a great team in support - front of house, you'll be meeting Tim, Hannah and not forgetting my wife Sarah as well. Although I spend much of my time in the kitchen I do love to be front of house as well and never miss an opportunity to leave the stoves behind and come out to meet our guests.

    We hope we'll be seeing you soon.
